Individual Healthcare Solutions

Individual & Family Health Insurance

Not everyone has access to employer-sponsored health coverage, and even those who do may still need additional protection or alternative options. We help clients explore individual and family health insurance plans designed to provide quality coverage while balancing affordability.

Our brokers can assist with:

  • Individual and family health plans
  • Marketplace / ACA plans
  • Dental and vision coverage
  • Short-term health insurance
  • Supplemental health products
  • Hospital indemnity plans
  • Critical illness coverage
  • Accident insurance

When reviewing health insurance options, we help clients evaluate:

  • Monthly premiums
  • Deductibles and out-of-pocket costs
  • Provider and hospital networks
  • Prescription drug coverage
  • Specialist and primary care access
  • Coverage flexibility and long-term needs

Health insurance should not be a one-size-fits-all solution. Our goal is to help you find coverage that protects your health while remaining realistic for your budget and lifestyle.

Current Issuing Companies

Our agency is contracted to sell health insurance through these companies both on the ACA Platform and Direct:

  • Blue Cross / Blue Shield (FloridaBlue)
  • Ambetter
  • Oscar
  • Philadelphia Life Insurance
  • Humana / Aetna / MetLife
  • Aflac (Supplementals)

Not all plans may be offered in your area.  Plans may not include your current doctor or medication; our agents will go through your list of medications and doctors to see if they take your plan before signing you up.  Open Enrollment starts on November 1st and runs through January 15th.  You may qualify for a special enrollment period if you lose your insurance, relocate, get married, have children.  That SEP lasts 60 days after the life changing event.

Group Healthcare & Employee Benefits

Current Issuing Companies

Our agency is contracted to sell health insurance through these companies:

  • Blue Cross / Blue Shield (FloridaBlue)
  • Humana
  • Aetna
  • Colonial Life (Supplementals)
  • Aflac (Supplementals)

Most of our issuing companies require a minimum of 10 participating employees, while some will allow as few as 3 for major medical insurance benefits.  If the plan is considered a high deductible, we have options that work with an HSA (Health Savings Account). In a voluntary plan, the minimum participation is 3 employees, for contributory options a minimum of 10 employees or 75% of eligible employees must be enrolled.  For a non-contributory plan, 100% of all qualifying employees must be enrolled.  Our Brokers will help you stay compliant with the tax requirements and regulations.

Group Health Insurance Options

Providing quality employee benefits is one of the most effective ways to attract and retain great employees. Group health insurance helps businesses support the health and well-being of their workforce while offering valuable financial protection for employees and their families.

At ELDI Insurance and Financial Group, we work with businesses of all sizes to design group health insurance solutions that align with their goals, budget, and workforce needs. Whether you are offering benefits for the first time or reviewing your current plan, our brokers help simplify the process and guide you through your available options.

We assist businesses with:

  • Small group health insurance plans
  • Employer-sponsored medical coverage
  • ACA-compliant group plans
  • Dental and vision coverage
  • Employee supplemental benefits
  • Voluntary benefit options
  • Health reimbursement strategies
  • New hire enrollment support
  • Annual renewals and benefit reviews

Our brokers work closely with business owners and decision-makers to compare plans, explain coverage options, and identify solutions that balance affordability with quality coverage.

We also help employers and employees better understand:

  • Monthly premiums and employer contributions
  • Deductibles and out-of-pocket costs
  • Provider and hospital networks
  • Prescription drug coverage
  • Enrollment requirements and eligibility
  • Tax-advantaged benefit opportunities

Because every business is different, there is no one-size-fits-all approach to employee benefits. Our goal is to help create benefit packages that support employee satisfaction while remaining financially manageable for the business.

Build a Better Benefits Package

Whether you are a small business owner, growing company, or established employer, we can help you explore group health insurance options designed around your business goals and employee needs.
