We will come to you wherever you choose to meet. All parties involved must be present and they must have a valid state issued ID or passport. I will not notarize a document via video/zoom or bi-proxy. I will not notarize a document when all parties are not present or if I feel there is a sense of pressure. Each participant will acknowledge verbally that they understand what they are signing and understand any and all consequences of their participation. All IDs will be recorded in my notary journal as proof.
