No, it is not insurance. Our plan provides medical services including discounted in-person vet care without the need for claims, deductibles, or waiting periods. The plan also includes access to licensed veterinary professionals via phone or video discussion for advice and guidance, 24 hours a day every day of the year.
What types of pets are included?
Our plan includes all breeds and ages of dogs and cats and includes all of your family’s dogs and cats – no limit on the total number.
What about prior health conditions for my cat or dog?
This is a common question we receive. Most pets have some form of a prior health condition, and for older pets, this becomes the main focus of care. There are no exclusions or rate changes based on breed, age, or preexisting conditions.
