Your Host – Emma Dowd

Emma Dowd is the Host and Producer of her self titled show “The Emma Lynn Dowd Show”.  She is no stranger to radio, podcasting and the entertainment industry in general.  She started her first podcast in 2008 when podcasts were starting to become a thing.  Emma created the AME Radio Show that featured art, music and entertainment news and interviews.  Over the years she interviewed some of the biggest celebs in the industry which includes: Jackie Evancho, John Schneider, Solei Moonfrye, Joey Fatone, Matthew Lawrence, Jewel, Tiffany, Danica McKellar, Patrica Darbo, Maurice Bernard, and just about everyone on Days of Our Lives and General Hospital.  Sbe had a connection with Lifetime, LMN, Hallmark and Discovery channels bringing behind the scenes content to her audience.

In 2003 Emma, then a photographer, established herself as the resident photographer/videographer of the internationally exhibiting rock band 16 Second Stare.  She helped coordinate their tours, worked with their collabs and record labels.  She had frequent interactions with Jesse James Dupree of Jackyl and Full Throttle Saloon and mega names in the music industry.

Now she brings you the same entertainment content but in a different sense.  She tells their story to show their audience the hardships they overcame to be where they are in their careers.  She also brings on industry leading professionals to discuss financial, investing, business, insurance, lifestyle and health topics that impact our everyday lives.

Emma is married to her partner of 25 years, she has two dogs and lives in sunny Tampa Bay.
